Current Grave Owner's Consent
In order to erect, change, inscribe, add to or in any way alter the appearance of a monument, the current registered owner of a grave must give consent to do so.
If there is no current registered owner, then a new one must be registered. Please refer to the Transfer of Grave Ownership page in this section on how this is done.
